Celina made me take this picture. I didn’t care for it at first and didn’t think twice at all about the Joker with the caption. But now that I look at it again, it’s pretty damn deep. I’m not sure if Accion Poetica did it, but if a maniacal figure like The Joker is made happy by Tijuana, what does that say about Tijuana itself? That Tijuana is full of chaos, injustice, insanity, violence - all of which the Joker loves. BAM!

I love Tijuas too.
